COMMITMENT TO HEALTH SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT
Occupational Health and Safety Management System defines the basic elements that affect the staff and the project regarding health and safety issues. This regulation, at the same time, includes the methods to be applied about how workplace danger and risks will be evaluated and avoided efficiently as well as Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management philosophy. By including the environmental issues in the management system, it is made possible to be evaluated as Occupational Health and Safety and Environment (OHS and Environment) plan.
As the main principle, OZG pays attention to safety of labour, equipment and workplace in its services in order to meet high quality standards.

Following performance targets were determined for the projects:- To protect ecological balance and to minimize adverse affects during operations, and to take any necessary measures to ensure life and property safety of our staff and of other people who may be affected by our operations,
- To execute all required training, announcement and awareness raising activities in order to ensure that OHS and Environment awareness is adopted by and becomes a life philosophy for all our staff,
- To take necessary actions in order to decrease usage of natural sources and waste production, monitor and protect air, soil and water continuously during our operations,
- To monitor risks regarding OHS and to try to minimize these,
- To abide by all the legislation regarding OHS and Environment and to work to improve our OHS and Environment performance continuously.
- Managers of all levels taking place in the projects are responsible for not only their personal safety but also behaviours and actions of the junior staff.
